The operator of the E-Shop reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions for this Online Store. Individual purchases in the e-shop are subject to Terms and Conditions posted on this site and valid at the time of placement of order.
Selecting goods, ordering:
The customer selects the goods displayed in the online store according to their picture and description. The customer acknowledges that the product display and description is informational only a can never completely replace personal, physical selection. Therefore, the customer’s idea about the quality, color, size, etc. of the product may differ from reality. Should this situation occur, the customer has the right to return the goods to the seller within 14 days after the delivery.
If the quantity of the ordered items in a single order exceeds the usual amount customary for purchases by one customer, we may require additional confirmation of the order by the customer as well as an appropriate deposit before sending the goods.
Terms of Delivery:
The delivery period of the ordered goods is generally within 10 days after the placement of order by the customer. If, for various reasons, the delivery period is longer, it is caused by the ordered goods not being in stock. In case a part of the order is not possible to be processed in the foreseeable future, e.g. due to an item missing in stock, the order will be processed in part. Items that are not sent are not further registered. The delivery of the ordered goods is carried out via Czech Post, a. s. The price of postage and packing is fixed at a flat rate of 150 CZK in the Czech Republic and 200 CZK in Slovakia *) per one package (one order). Each delivery includes a tax receipt with the price for the goods and postage.
The delivered goods are covered by warranty according to the Civil Code. In case of a complaint, the customer shall deliver the goods at their own expense to the seller’s address, i.e. the address indicated on the tax receipt. The faulty goods must be accompanied by a description of the defect. In the case of textile goods, the defect must be appropriately marked (e.g. by sticking a piece of colored tape). If the defect is acknowledged, fault-free goods will be sent to the customer or delivered otherwise.
Return of the goods within 14 days:
According to the Civil Code, the customer has the right to return the ordered goods withing 14 days of their delivery. The customer shall deliver the goods at their own expense to the address of the supplier (the address indicated on the tax receipt). The returned goods shall include an address or a bank account number to where the customer wishes to have the amount paid for the goods returned. The returned goods must not be used under any circumstances. After the inspection of the goods in our company, the amount paid by the customer for the goods will be sent to the customer. Postage will not be refunded. After an agreement, a delivery of different items, or a return of specific items only, can be arranged. In the event that our inspection reveals that the goods were used or otherwise degraded, the goods will be sent back to the customer.
Personal data of customers are processed in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., On the Protection of Personal Data, as amended in the Seller’s Database according to the duty of the Administrator pursuant to Section 5 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., On the Protection of Personal Data, as currently applicable. The operator of the online shop has the right to use the customer data for further processing in marketing.
*) Postage to all European countries (World / EU) is determined by weight of the package and the rates of Czech Post.
